Golf – Configuration is the key here!
Day 1 – Williamsburg National (Jamestown or Yorktown) Early afternoon round. Why? The rice is lower in the afternoon. After golf a 2 minute drive to check in at Hilton Greensprings Resort. Shower and out the door for dinner, where your best option is the nearby 1607 grill at Willaimsburg National, it’s close, food and experience are highly rated and a private dining room can be booked in advance.
Day 2 – Williamsburg National (Jamestown or Yorktown) in the morning, again its close (great breakfast on weekends). Emergency 9? Extra 18? Willaimsburg National with 36 homes onsite is a perfect place for those that need more than 18 holes to get their golf fix.
Day 3 – Colonial Heritage, Kiskiack, or Viniterra – these are all courses on the way out of town headed back to I95. You not only get great golf but you get a 30-45 minute jump on the trip home.
